A&C Creative Ventures ("we", "us") runs this website and the Prakriyā app. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us at the address at the bottom of this page.
If you submit the masterclass registration form or the newsletter signup, we collect the name, email, and any other details the form asks for, so we can register you and send you what you signed up for.
This site runs Google AdSense, which may use cookies to show ads and can collect browsing data for that purpose. It's built and hosted on Netlify, which processes standard technical/server data (like IP address and request logs) to serve the site.
Your habits, goals, journal entries, mood logs, nutrition entries, and other in-app content are stored locally on your device. Signing in with Google is required to finish setting up the app (see below); once signed in, that content also syncs to your account.
Google Sign-In (required to complete setup): we store your app content in Firebase/Firestore under your Google account, so it can sync across devices and survive a reinstall. We receive your name and email from Google as part of sign-in. You can sign out again afterward from Settings — your local data on that device stays accessible either way, it just stops syncing to the cloud.
Biometric unlock (optional, e.g. fingerprint/face unlock for the app): this is handled entirely by your device's own operating system. We never see or store your biometric data.
Nutrition & food logging: meal entries you log are stored locally and, since sign-in is required, also in Firestore as above. We don't analyze this data ourselves beyond showing it back to you in the app, and we don't share it with anyone else.
Coach chat: this feature is currently disabled in the app. If we turn it back on, your messages would be sent — through our own server-side proxy, never with your name or account details attached — to Anthropic's API to generate a reply, with no access to your habit, mood, journal, or nutrition data, and no chat history stored on our servers. We'll update this page first if that changes.
Notifications: reminder times you set are stored locally to schedule your notifications. We don't collect this data ourselves.
We don't sell your data. We don't share your app content (habits, journal, mood, nutrition entries) with advertisers. We don't use your coach chat messages to train any model.
Signing in with Google is required to finish setting up Prakriyā, but you can sign out again afterward from Settings and keep using the app locally — your on-device data stays put, it just stops syncing. You can delete your local app data at any time from your device's app settings. If you want your Firestore (cloud-synced) data deleted, email us and we'll remove it.
Google (Sign-In, Firebase/Firestore, AdSense), Netlify (site and function hosting), and Anthropic (the AI model behind coach chat, called only through our own proxy — see above). Each handles data under their own privacy policy in addition to this one.
If we make a material change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
